Trust · InspectionAI

Your images stay on your hardware, and we hold no certifications.

Both halves matter. The first is an architectural fact you can verify; the second is why this page exists in place of a badge wall.

01 — Data

What is stored, and where it lives.

Inspection images and video

Written to disk on the machine running the service. Nothing is uploaded.

On your machine
Inspection history

Verdicts, findings, lot, shift, operator and model version — in a database you host.

In a database you own
Review and audit records

Who reviewed what, when, what they changed, and whether they reversed it.

Exportable any time
Model weights

The trained model sits on your disk. We keep no copy of your training images.

Yours to keep

02 — Tenancy and controls

How it is kept.

  1. It runs on your hardwareNo vendor cloud in the inspection path, and no call home.
  2. Image requests cannot reach the rest of the machineRequests are constrained to the image store.
  3. Camera capture requires a secure contextOnly over an encrypted connection.
  4. History is optional, inspection is notIf the database is down, the line keeps running.

Two things your IT reviewer should know: the default configuration is a development one and must be tightened beyond a single workstation, and the software has no user accounts of its own — access control is whatever your network provides. Both are on the pilot checklist.

03 — Compliance

Stated exactly as it stands.

A claimed certification that turns out to be aspirational costs more trust than an honest gap.

SOC 2 Not held
No audit has been performed. We do not claim readiness either.
ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 Not held
The software produces records that support a quality system you already operate; it is not itself certified.
GDPR Depends on deployment
An operator name is stored against inspections, in your database, under your controller obligations — we hold no copy.
CE / machinery safety Not applicable
It actuates nothing. There is no safety function to certify, and it must not be used as one.
